In fact, this reappearance of cracks happened several times for lots of people. Definitely, poorly made tub. If not, why do you think it happened to lots of people?
Now, when that happens, people contact Lyons. They will repair it for free if the warranty is still valid. But they will crack re-appear again! It happened to several people.
- Not So Responsive
Well, you are already pissed off with a cracked tub and nobody is responding to your complaints. How frustrating does that sound?

Be prepared to wait for weeks or even months before you can get a response back against your lodged complaints.
Let’s say you get a hold of someone from Lyons over the phone, you will be frustrated talking to them most likely.
They will talk to you like they have no idea what are you talking about.
Not verified, but I have read complaints on several boards where frustrated users informed that they even refused to assist with their problems.
- Very Hard To Get Refund
Get ready to hire a lawyer to get your refund! I am not kidding at all. Some users had to threaten with lawsuits to get their refund. Yes, their claims were within the warranty period!
